Planning permission for 49 new homes has been granted following significant discussions and negotiations with Huntingdonshire District Council and the Environment Agency. Originally a gasworks and latterly a car dealership, this derelict and highly contaminated site in the St Ives Conservation Area will be transformed through the delivery of the carefully conceived masterplan, delivering much needed new homes on this brownfield site, while significantly enhancing the local environment.
